Acceptance of Terms

By using our site or booking any of our media services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Taken by Tudor provides professional real estate media and marketing services, including photography, videography, and content creation. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in client agreements or booking confirmations.

Payment & Cancellations

• Payment terms are provided at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot to avoid fees.

• Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable but may be applied toward future bookings (subject to approval).

Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, digital assets, and other creative works produced by Taken By Tudor are the sole intellectual property of Taken By Tudor and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. 
After full payment:

• we grant the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images and videos for the purposes explicitly agreed upon (e.g., marketing their property, listing materials, social media promotion).

• You may not resell, alter, or claim authorship of the content without written consent.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring property readiness (clean, staged, and accessible) prior to the scheduled shoot. Additional fees may apply for delays or reshoots due to property conditions.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in every project, Taken by Tudor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content.

Revisions & Delivery

Minor revisions may be included as stated in your agreement. Delivery timelines vary by project scope but will be clearly communicated during booking.

Use of Likeness

By participating in on-camera sessions, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in any promotional content related to the project unless otherwise requested in writing.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior.

Changes to These Terms

Taken by Tudor may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
